Toner Fiasco & Terrible Customer Service
I purchased toner by using the model # search function on the HP website. The website recommended the incorrect toner, which I purchased not knowing it was incorrect. When I went to install it, I realized that it was the wrong one. HP Declined my return order because I had opened one of the toner packages. When trying to resolve by calling customer service, I was on hold for one hour and 38 minutes. Im very upset for spending $350 on toner I cannot return.

Laser Printing Cartridges
I have purchased several cartridges and only one has been defective, leaving marks on the document. Otherwise, this printer is amazing. The only downside is the cost. They are very expensive and had I known how costly the printer would be to operate, I might have looked at a different machine.

Toner is fine - customer service is not
I have no idea if the toner is good. I mistakenly ordered the wrong cartridges and when I finally needed to replace them all, I realized there were the wrong ones. And becasue I was over the 30 days, HP would exchange the toners. I see here that customer service reviews will not be posted - shame on you HP. I am now out $376 for toner I can't use.

Automated calls stink
I accidently ordered 3 color 401 colored cartridges and realized it shoul be 201. I used the program that came with my printer to order so when I went to the HP site I could not print a return label.. So then I tried calling and got nowhere. I tried support and got nowhere. I also tried the virtual chat and got nowhere.
Then I searched on the label that was on the shipping label which is HP HHO 3820 Micro Dr.Millington TN. I tried calling them and got nowhere. I am out $388.00 plus I still need to order cartridges 201. I am extremely happy with my HP laser printer. I son't know what else to say except there as to be an easier way to talk to someone. I hate automated calls

Works every time!
