Horrible product and service
Purchased October 30, 2019 from Hp.com and it has never been added to my account. Email of purchase gave me no instructions to activate it to my account so I assumed it was added. But my computer still says my warranty has expired and to purchase it. Website has no way to activate it so it is a total waste of money. No help from HP either. I am very frustrated.

Great price on a warranty - poor customer service
This is the second time I bought a HP warranty for the same PC in 30 days. I bought first one and I never showed up in my services. I called HP and they said I had the wrong one. So they refunded that one and sold me this one. After 20 minutes on the phone they got it to go through. Now a month later, the warranty still hasn’t showed up.
I hope it’s there when if I need it.

A great value for a warranty
Whenever we purchase mission critical pc's we always upgrade the warranty to the Onsite ones. You never want to have to ship your pc to a repair shop when you need it that day.

My current warranty began 06/29/2021 and ends 08/05/2024. If I purchase the 'HP 4 Yr Next Business Day onsite warrant for workstation' now for $78, when will my warranty end?
This Agreement begins on the start date of the hardware product warranty period(the original PC purchase date) and will terminate either upon completion of the specified number of years of service purchased. Can we still purchase extended warranty if the warranty expired recently? We have 25 of the EliteDesk G4 800 workstations and some had warranties that expired in July, August, and October. We have 15 pc's that expire on 11/22. Can we do a group purchase?
