I replaced the imaging drum because the orange light was blinking. but the orange light is still on solid. Why is the light still on?

(The toner cartridge that goes with this fuser is not of the quality it use to be. They fail early).

Thank you for your question! The HP 32A Original LaserJet Imaging Drum, CF232A will have a removable tear strip. If the tear strip is still intact it has not been used. Thanks for being an HP customer!

What is the difference between this product and HP 94X High Yield Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge, CF294X? Is the HP32A Drum compatible with the Laser Jet Pro M148fdw
Hello, Tina-Marie. Thanks for your question. The drum, HP 32A, helps transfer the image on the paper. The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw printer will tell you when it's time to replace the drum. The drum will last approximately 23,000 pages. The HP 94X toner is what you actually see printed on the paper.
