I did not receive the care package even though your website said that it was delivered electronically. I keep getting shuttled around. I had a 10/30/23, chat session 7386619, but received nothing but promised an email in 24 hours

Rated 1 out of 5 by A. Reed from Frustration Your customer service automated system needs work. Doesn't understand what I say. Frustrating to get through it. Discovered my brand new computer does not have the RAM I ordered. Apparently they are not tested. Had to get it replaced and deal with schedule a tech to come fix it. Had more problems with ordering and had to send back the first computer because the first person did not do what I asked. Now this. Also way bigger that expected. Why does it have to be so big? My old was smaller and faster. I think I will go that company the next time I buy. Wanted to give HP a chance but there have way to many problems. Not happy with all the extra time I have to spend.

i received my laptop through Voc Rehab. The warranty expires on May 5th. does it qualify for a hp 3yr next business day onsite extended warranty
