“Outdated” products still available
After a failed attempt to purchase the ink cartridges I needed for our HP printer, I was pleased to find them still available for purchase. The printer, although probably ten years old, still works perfectly as long as I can obtain 22 and 27 cartridges, which are no longer available from retail stores in our area. Thank you very much!

Easy to Order. Assured Quality
Purchased a color ink cartridge at a store. When loaded to the printer it didn't print anything but pink. Returned it to the store and this time went straight to HP.com to order. I knew I would get better quality at the low price. I'll go direct from now on.

good colors, but it didn't last long
I was printing a lot of colored images for an art course I'm going to lead next spring, so it was disappointing to see how quickly the tri-color cartridge ran out of ink. But I was glad to receive a bag for recycling old cartridges.
