I only buy HP brand toner.
I have tried generic toner several times and have always been disappointed. If you print photos, the colors are never right. Also, I have experienced toner leakage that ruins my documents and damages my printer, I have learned my lesson and will never buy store brand or generic brands again.

Do NOT Recommend HP Printers
That this printer is the second HP printer we have purchased that crashes weeks after the warranty ends and HP offers NO REPAIR.

Costly HP microchipped ink
Sure the ink works fine but it is extremely costly. They put a microchip on it to talk to the printer so you can’t buy much cheaper aftermarket ink. Requires four color ink, so you come very close to the price of the whole printer every time you buy all four colors.

Worth it
I made the mistake of buying a cheaper product elsewhere. It was ruining my copies, smudging across the paper and creating muddy looking color. I switched back to HP and will never stray again. HP makes a great product that is worth it. The color is clear, accurate and clean looking.

Ease in n ordering, with no aspect left to chance!
This review took longer to write than replacing the cartridge. When I began to print an envelope my hp suddenly said that if I didn't change it now the quality would most likely be low, I got Liane and said this is how its done. I opened one door looked on the side of each cartridge for the color, identified pulled it out easily and just as easily dropped the new one in. I put the old one in the now empty case, slipped that into the used box sealed it and placed the supplied label on the used box for shipping return.
