I will never use HP again
I ordered a 2-pack black toner listed as a compatible cartridge for my computer. I opened 1 box and it didn't fit. I requested an exchange that was denied because I opened the box. I am left with 1 cartridge that is unopened and no opportunity for a refund or exchange.

Price and time
Do not use ‘compatible’ if you don’t want to replace your printer. These are expensive, but work as they should. The service is quick and easy and PayPal credit allows some wiggle room financially.

Putting new ink cartridge.
Changing to a new ink cartridge was easy. Just pick up handle on old cartridge, pull straight
up. Lift handle on new one, gently set in and gently push in the cartridge layer. Voila, all
done.

Annoying messages
i keep getting messages that the cartridges need to be authenticated. Very annoying. Don't know how to turn them off. Tech support is non-existent. Paid too much for this printer, otherwise I would the it out the window.

Reconditioned cartridges??
I purchased both the black and a set of the color ink cartridges. Haven't needed the colors changed yet, but I did install the high yield black cartridge. The print quality is terrible! Everything comes out faded! Instead of black it all comes out greyish! Did HP send USED cartridges for $500.00?? Yep, $500.00!!

HP may have the worst customer service in tech industry. Tried emailing, and chat. Could not talk w a human, only machine that could not help me. Will never order another item from HP again. Take me off any list that has my name or email. Put this in your testimonial advertising!

Grest quality but costly cartridges
I bought this a few months ago and it uses a lot of ink, but I am very happy with output quality. I do wish it were possible to scan both sides of a document using this printer and the HP smart app.

HP should be ashamed
I think it is ridiculous that HP put a bug in my printer that requires me to use there toner cartridges. HP's price is 5 times more expensive at just at or over $100 per cartridge x4 when I was buying aftermarket for $100 for all four but now i can not use them anymore. Shame on you HP, shame shame on you.

Pricy!
After losing my 2 previous printers to much cheaper 3rd party toners, decided to stick to OEM toners from then on and I've had zero problem ever since. Their free recycling program is a plus. I just wish they would consider lowering their price. Buying the High Yield dual pack (or triple pack for colors) along AAA discount might help a bit but still, cost of a toner set should not exceed the cost of a new printer.

I have learned to stick with HP toner as it's the best quality for my hp laser printer. I have bought cheaper priced toner in the past but found out that the quality was bad with blotchy print and had to replace toner cartridge sooner than normal.
