Too Costly
I bought all 4 color cartridges and it costed me $430 where as a new laser printer (latest one) will have costed me $280. I thought of not increasing waste on the planet by discarding my working printer and buy a new one and i feel like a fool doing that when I made the payment.

I do not understand why I have to enter and enter and enter my printer number plus type of toner I need repetitively. You would think their computer/browser could remember details - this makes ordering online TEDIOUS !!

This toner is the best out there
I struggled for months with toner cartridges from a 3rd party vendor. Their advice was to just print several pages, the colored smears along the edges will disappear "sooner or later." They never did. I returned them, and I ordered a set of HP cartridges, which arrived the next day. The first page out was perfect! And every page thereafter has also been perfect. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Emphatically yes, every penny!
