Thrilling Printer and Toner Cartridge
I have had my HP printer and now the Toner Cartridge since last fall and I love them both! The printer, an HP Laserjet Pro MFP M series does many things that I did not know a printer could. That means I no longer have to jump in the care and drive to the nearest Office Depo in order to make copies of important papers. I also do not have to hope that I have copied every paper I need then do back to the Office Depot to copy that last paper that I forgot about. No, the dream world of having a copier of my own was met when I purchased that printer.

Trouble free printing
I always use original HP ink and toner for our printers. HP inks and toners are usually problem free, not like other ink and toners. Save a lot of headakes.

Easiest toner to load ever
I've just run out of the toner cartridge this printer was sent with when I bought it. We purchased the printer last year, almost a year ago, so the toner lasted a long time. So I ordered a new cartridge, this one. The shipping was excellent. I was kept informed by tracking and got the package in excellent condition. The toner was easy to install, the easiest of any toner, inkjet, or dot matrix printer I've ever installed yet.

Excellent toner
I bought the HP LJ Pro M102w to replace the HP LJ P1102w, the HP 17A toner is much lighter and smaller than that of the previous printer toner HP 85A. However, it yields almost exactly if not exactly the same number of pages. The results of each print might actually be a little better so I highly recommend this.

witeless printer
It’s wirkess and gives decent black and while docs. However it has a problem staying online and is not easy to fix. I don’t think I would buy another one.

Nice features
Have had HP laser printers for some time now. This printer is replacing one that was a workhorse for years. I use the wireless feature and it responds quickly. The copy feature is very fast and very handy.
It had some quirks early on.. on several occasions it would only print a partial page, then not print the remaining documents in the queue. On other occasions it would not print the queue because it said the printer was busy, which it was not. On those occasions the only remedy was to turn off the printer, then power it back on.
Those problems seem to have disappeared as I have not had any issues recently and I use the printer daily.
When the toner is low, there is an annoying dialog box that pops up to remind you of the toner issue each time the computer wakes. You cannot do anything on the computer until you click "OK" or "Buy Toner."
That said, I have been extremely happy with past HP printers

Overall Satisfaction
I only use HP products for my printing needs. The HP 17A cartridge has performed very well since I upgraded my printer in 2017. My only wish is that I would get better yield. Because of the nature of my printing, my yield per cartridge is only about 1,250 pages. I would prefer if I could get at least twice that yield so I wouldn't have to change cartridges as often, and pretty much always carry a spare with me. The cartridges are economical, but I would prefer to pay more for more yield.

The HP17A toner works as well as expected. I have used an HP printer with the HP85A toner in the past and had excellent results and so I was not disappointed with this purchase.
