Efficient and Great Service
I needed to replace my toner. I used the HP app that knew exactly which toner my printer uses. I had a choice of amount of toner and chose the lower copies. It was delivered within a few days with directions on how to return the used toner cartridge for free. It was easy and seamless! Keep up the great work!!

Worse thing I ever bought
It was easy to install. I never would have bought a HP printer had I known the only place I could buy the toner was on line with HP. Such a rip off!!!! Sorry I bought the printer, now I'm stuck till I buy a new printer and it certainly won't be a HP.

HP Instant Ink Is A Scam
When your instant ink trial is over, they don’t tell you that even though you have full cartridges of the instant ink, that it won’t work in the printer you purchased with your hard earned money. Instead, you have to go and purchase this new ink and let the cartridges you already have go to waste. I wasted over three hours of my life troubleshooting my printer only to learn that in fact you need to buy this ink because HP is a scam company. I will never buy an HP printer again.

I have to remember never buy another HP...
The fact that HP products must be loaded with official HP cartridge makes this brand useful only at developed countries. Their replacements are extremely expensive compared with alternative brands, when other printers allow different replacement
