Instead, you have to go and purchase this new ink and let the cartridges you already have go to waste. I wasted over three hours of my life troubleshooting my printer only to learn that in fact you need to buy this ink because HP is a scam company. I will never buy an HP printer again.

replacing toner the top won't close
