A buggy mess with zero support.
This monitor has been a nightmare to deal with since the day it arrived at my door (late, I might add). The firmware update process is completely broken and the Omen Gaming Hub constantly nags you to update the firmware. I even found an old PC laptop and attempted to use that to update the firmware, that didn't work, and I discovered you can't update the firmware in any way with a Mac. The downstream USB ports will randomly stop working, the primary data upstream USB-C ports will switch from the port with the PC icon to the one with the DisplayPort icon for seemingly no reason. This past weekend the rear LED also stopped working for no reason at all. I was about to pack this thing back into the box and send it in for a refund, but after unplugging the monitor for 10 minutes, it started working again (???). If it weren't for the fact that the screen looks fantastic and the features are genuinely useful for a dual-use pro and gaming setup, this thing would be long gone by now. I still have a week left in my return window, so who knows.

Will you ever add on screen crosshairs in your programing? its a big feature on other "gaming" monitors.
Thank you for your question! This OMEN Transcend 31.5 inch UHD 240Hz OLED Gaming Monitor will have that feature. This is done by pressing the menu button on the back of the monitor, then pressing menu, scrolling down to the section called gaming, then going to the section called Crosshair. You can turn it on and off, configure it and change the color. Thanks for shopping with HP!

With this monitor, can I plug in a single Thunderbolt 4 cable to it, and it will still display at 4k 240hz, while also delivering the hub capability for its equipped ports? Thanks.
There are multiple factors that could impact that, such as the laptop or desktop you have connected to it and the capabilities of the hub. The monitor from the USB-C with DisplayPort Alt and Power Delivery is capable of 4K at 240Hz, but that would also require a computer that can do that output with the software that you intend to use and have USB-C with DisplayPort Alt.
