Hope it works
I bought backup inks on-line because of sheltering in. The ink came on an envelope, not a box. The ink boxes were partially crushed, but I won't know if the cartridges will work until I need to replace the present cartridges.

I usually get exactly what I ordered from you, plus an extra black cartridge for about $99.00 from BJ’s wholesale, but I was afraid To go there right now, as I am high risk. It also took a lot longer to come here than it said when I ordered. I copy or print about 2 things a month, yet I have to buy this expense ink all the time. So this makes this the most expensive printer I have owned to date.

Like the bigger capacity

Overpriced
This is a molded plastic cartridge with liquid ink inside. They don't last as advertised and I can't print black if one of the other colors are out. I don't see where the cost should $100, should be half that. Not happy!

Good Service vs. Cost
I have never been disappointed with the service or quality of HP ink cartridges, but I'm finding that they do nor last as long as they used to, and they're very expensive. I rarely print in color, yet I keep getting messages to replace my color cartridges. I am seriously thinking of a different brand printer for my next replacement. your inks are simply too expensive.

I was worried about running out of ink for my printer because my granddaughter prints so much of her school work and uses a lot of ink.
